Intel has partnered with a cutting-edge billing service provider to bring our resellers improved invoices, offering more clarity, and detailed usage and rating information in a single electronic document – no decoder ring required!

 The new electronic billing system also provides:

 

  • Invoices in Microsoft* Word* format for ease-of-data-transfer
  • A hierarchical view, with easier identification of server to subscription relationship

 Changes you should note:

 

  1. If you pay by check, the payee and address are changing
    • Payee should be “Intel”
    • Remit to:

    • Do not mail payments to SHI
  2. If you pay by credit card, the new reference on your bill will be “INTC* AppUp SMB Service”

No, all of the data you need will be in the single invoice.

No. All of the invoices, current and outstanding have been moved to the new system. Credit cards will continue to be charged five days (5) after the invoice date.  For those who have established terms, we have a new mailing address (below). We also ask that you make your checks payable to “Intel,” not SHI.
